I Have been using Torras cases ever sense I got my iPhone se 2nd gen the case protected my phone and kept it in perfect condition for a trade in! I traded in that phone for my iPhone 13 Pro Max which I then bought another Torras case for and my phone is still in perfect condition even after I got a concussion 4 days ago after crashing my electric scooter going 25 mph it was very scary but at least my phone was safe thanks to Torras. I am now ordering this case as I have just placed my pre order for the iPhone 14 pro max! I was looking for a fun case that changed it up from my transparent cases. The only thing is that is does not lay flat but it does keep the case slim, so its not the biggest deal. It can be slippery if you are used to having cases with a solid grip.Fits perfect, feels durable and comfortable in hand. Hopefully I’ll never need to know if it helps when dropped but will update if that ever happensI've used this case for about a month now and it's proven to be absolutely fantastic. It's a great looking case, with the rubber border and soft-touch backpiece complementing each other well. The back part is more opaque than the product pictures suggest, which means the Apple logo is only visible in direct light but that isn't really a knock for me. Included in the box are alternative color buttons that can be swapped in, red and yellow for the black case I ordered. They're easy to install and provide a nice accent, helping the buttons stand out as well.The case itself is also what I would consider a perfect thickness. It doesn't feel bulky but also feels substantial enough to keep it safe. There's a lip around the front screen and around the rear camera unit, which helps keep those parts protected in a drop. I accidentally dropped my phone from waist-height onto concrete and the case kept my phone pristine. The rear camera cutout is big enough to install a lens protector if you want, which I have currently. On the front, the case leaves a perfect amount of room for Torras' own edge-to-edge screen protector so there's almost no gap.The rubber sides provide good grip and along with the back of the case, have a nice soft coating to them. Camera, speaker, and lightning port cutouts are accurate as well. It's a bit of a fingerprint magnet but that's the tradeoff for the nice coating. Overall, I'm exceptionally pleased with the case and how it feels, and I feel very confident in the protection. If you're looking for a case for your 13 Pro Max, I would definitely give this one a shot.hi, by mistake i ordered a case for iphone 13 promax instead of iphone 13but i believe it's as good as any other item i had purchased.Update - 8/26/22Torras emailed me back and let me know that my emails to them were in their spam filter. Ashley immediately sent out new buttons to me and I just received them. Since they found my emails in the spam folder, customer service was excellent. Thanks Torras, I love the phone case!I like the case for my iphone however I have lost the button that covers my power button. They indicate that they can send out new buttons however after emailing them 2x for a button replacement, I get no response from them.
