I wanted a phone case to protect my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and had certain features in mind based on past experiences. I had been using a Otterbox with my old phone and really liked it, felt like my phone was well-protected from drops with it. But I also wanted a flip cover (like I use with my iPad) to protect the screen, a wallet component for those quick trips into the store, and a wrist strap and I couldn't find an Otterbox with all those features (at least not at a price I wanted to pay). After reading reviews on several phone cases offered on Amazon, I decided to give this one a try. I ordered the rose-pink with the black/white stripes and I love the style and I love this wallet case! I noticed on some of the reviews that the reviewer said it did not fit their phone: YOU MUST MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT CASE FOR YOUR PHONE. NOT ALL CASES FIT ALL iPHONES. The description of this product makes it clear that it is for the iPhone Pro Max 11. I was a little concerned initially because it is difficult to see in the pictures that there is a plastic case that the phone actually fits into and it is that plastic case that is magnetically attached to the wallet. The phone is held very firmly in place with the plastic case and the magnet that holds the case onto the wallet. The port and camera openings fit perfectly. It's a bit tight trying to get the phone into the plastic case initially but that is good as it indicates that the phone is not going to fall out! The buckle or strap that holds the whole thing closed seems strong; you can hear the magnets click when you close the cover over the phone. Some reviews indicated that the wallet features (license/card slots, paper money pocket) were small or inadequate and I guess if you were trying to fit a whole wallet of stuff into this phone case wallet, you would have trouble getting and keeping it closed. However, I find that I have no trouble with fitting my license, 2 credit cards (and could probably fit up to 4) and 3-5 paper bills (have to fold them as the wallet is not quite as long as paper money) into this phone wallet with no problem keeping it closed and secured. I love the wrist band feature and the metal clasp that the wrist band attaches to; I feel that it is very secure and stable. Because the wrist band is detachable, I can use it or not and when I am using it, I can also attach my key ring to it so I have everything together in one spot when running into the store. I love the kickstand feature so I can place the phone on a table, instead of holding it, when I am making a face time call or watching something on the phone . The downside of these types of phone cases is adjusting to the cover/wallet section when using the phone but again, you have the kickstand feature or can simply fold the cover back. It takes a little more adjusting when using the phone as a camera but I haven't had any trouble, as other reviewers have suggested, with the strap or buckle or wallet section getting in the way of taking pictures: the strap hangs down away from the camera lenses, the buckle is not near the lenses, and the wallet section either hangs down, again away from the lenses, or I just hold the whole thing open much like I would hold a book with one hand and take the photo with the other. I can't speak to the long-term quality of the materials but right now (after a month of use), it looks great and I love the looks and feel of this synthetic (or fake) leather. It was not expensive so if it ends up not lasting long, I won't feel bad about replacing it. For the money, I don't think you can go wrong with this one if you want a "leather" wallet case type of cell phone holder.
