Very fast to respond when ordering and they contacted me within 2 hours to verify correct fitment.Cons - I provided all details of my vehicle including the VIN to be sure I ordered the correct parts. The only thing I couldn't provide was if I had single piston or dual piston calipers without removing my wheels for my base model Caravan. I assumed base model means single caliper. Went to install and the rotors were too small since I in fact had dual pistons. They responded immediately and gave me the correct part numbers to reorder but said I need to physically return the wrong ones to their warehouse which is a 2 hour round trip for me. They were very professional when I arrived and immediately refunded me. (I just don't agree with having to drive them back instead of getting return shipping). The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.All that said, the parts were $400 less than oem parts, and that's just for front brakes, no rear. Incredible value!!! Reordered the correct parts which also arrived in 2 days. Easy to install and no more noise. I would still 100% purchase from Max Brakes again. Just make absolutely certain of your specifications when ordering. I take shared responsibility for this even though I provided the vin. I guess they don't have access to oem specs.
