First they contacted me to confirm the brakes were correct and then they even double checked. I’ve been doing my own brake changes since my first car and I’ve been ordering brakes off Amazon for the last 5 years and this was the first time anyone ever double checked to make sure that I ordered them correct. I was told that this model would fit my 2012 Chevy Cruze. The rotors fit perfectly, HOWEVER, I was sent 2 different sizes of ceramic pads!!! One of them fit like a glove while the other was significantly too big! This caused so much frustration during installation, not only because it had to be SANDED down multiple times to fit but it also meant that I had to stay double the time at a self serve garage. So much time and money wasted because of an error on THEIR end. Truly disappointed. What was believed to be a simple and quick brake change was actually just long and frustrating.Love breaks from these guys! On all my carsI put these on the front of my 2017 Veloster (base model)....very satisfied with everything! ....thank you Amazon.Exactly what I needed, fits and works.
