First time dropping the phone, the top corner hit concrete after the vertical dive from about 18 inches above the ground, not even the height it would have been if I had dropped it from my hand while standing, which would have been about 4 ft. While the case did protect the phone from the 18-in drop, it spiderweb fractured across the whole cover. After sustaining that much damage from only 18 in off the ground, I do not have confidence that the case will protect the phone a second time. I also do not think it would've protected the phone on the first drop if it was from a higher height.The case is rigid and hard. There is no silicone or rubber or any kind of material on the outer edge to absorb some of the shock. The other notable disappoinment is that after the cover fractured so badly, it no longer had a snug fit causing a gap between it and the screen, which meant really pushing down for every single touch.If you want real, long-term protection for your phone, this is not the case to buy.Takes a bit of fiddling to get the back off to insert the phone into the front part of the case. Ensure to remove ALL of the plastic protectors on BOTH sides of front and back pieces. The sliding locks may move to the unlocked position allowing your phones gap between the front to interfere with touch. Once in a while the touch doesn't respond, but usually I find one of the locking sliders has moved. I may insert a spacer between the back of the phone and the back side of the case to ensure the phone stays tight up against the front part of the case.The front screen protector is not tight enough in the whole case so typing can be frustrating since you have to touch it harder to get it to touch the actual phone. And if you use a phone mount in your car that holds it on the sides, it will end up squeezing the front screen protector away from the case itself. The glue is trash. Also from the loose fit of the case, particles get in the speaker holes and bottom opening very easily. This case lasted about 2 weeks on my phone before falling apart.Unfortunately this was a buy I was beyond excited for. Waited 3 weeks for the delivery and it only lasted about 3 weeks before the touch screen began to fail. I wanted this case to work better than it had.Good case and privacy screen. My only two complaint are I have to tap hard on the screen to use touch and the most important is I'm unable to charge my phone with the case on it.After a few drops it wouldn’t close. Sometimes wouldn’t stay closed because the latches would come loose.Had for less than a month, fell and cracked. Luckily phone did break( had a back up glass protector as well). Does not comeWith screen glass protector just the case itself. But the privacy screen is amazing. No more nosey ppl in my business.The case is ok but it’s not durable at all. I do not recall dropping it or hitting it against anything but not even a day later that I put the case on, there was a crack on the case.Mince, élégant. Je pense en acheter un doré. À 45 degrée on ne voit absolument rien.Résistance optimale, pour l’avoir échappé à quelques reprises, béton, bois franc, céramique et les vitres sont intactes, aucune grafigne. Croyez-moi j’ai eu très peur parce que le choc au sol reste toujours impressionnant, on s’entend vitre et métal contre céramique et béton j’en ai arrêté de respirer! Toujours extrêmement soulagé et surtout impressionné de voir que tout est nickel !J’en ai eu des vitres protectrices mais là franchement ça dépasse l’entendement!Seul bémol, la coque est tellement lisse et douce autant pour le contour en métal que les vitres qu’il glisse facilement des mains. Oui oui je n’ai pas l’habitude de faire voler mon cellulaire comme cela.Il faudrait que j’ajoute un « pop grip » mais je trouve que cela enlèverait le côté chic de la coque.Je recommande sans hésitation!Even when you just washed your hands the screen holds the finger prints, I’ve never dropped a phone before and since I have this case I dropped it many times as it is too slippery.
